Juicers

With most of us living (or trying to!) healthier lifestyles, a juicer has become a common kitchen appliance. Preparing and consuming natural goodness within minutes has a certain feel good factor about it.

    Why Juice Fruit And Vegetables?

Firstly, it tastes great!. Most importantly though, much of the great nutrients that are contained in fruit and vegetable juices are stored within the fibre, which is not broken down particularly well by the body. However, once fruit and vegetables are juiced, much of the nutrients are released from the fibre and able to be digested by the body.

All fruits and vegetables contain high levels of different vitamins. For example, carrots have very high vitamin A levels, citrus fruits are a great provider of vitamin C and pumpkin is a great source of vitamin D

When you buy fresh juice from a supermarket, you can never be sure about how many nutrients are lost in the bottling process. The beauty about juicing at home is you know 100% what is going into your body and you will be losing no essential nutrients, especially if you consume straight away.
